CASual Friday Challenge CFC #20

Standard

I came across the CAS-ual Fridays blog today and found a challenge that I wanted to do.  It is the first challenge I have ever done 🙂

The challenge was to create a clean and simple card measuring no larger than 4×4.  Well, I made a card that measures exactly 4×4 and it took me less than 10 minutes to make – simple!

I have used Kaiser papers, flower, bling and pearls.  There’s also a Making Memories paper in there.  I inked each piece with Tim Holtz (walnut stain I think).  And I added some gems to the flower.  I have to say I loved making a small card!  So quick and easy.

Now, let’s see if I can work out how to link this post to the challenge blog 😉

And then I am off to visit the Annabelle Stamps blog.

  1. Hi Tamara! It’s hard to believe that this is indeed a mini card! AND this is your FIRST challenge? Wow, I almost miss reading that as your card is really really fantastic! It has so much details and elements! Love the pearl and gem!! SO glad that you join the fun with us at CAS-ual Fridays! Hope to see more of your fabulous work!!

    • Thanks Virginia! LOL, after I made the card I realised that it probably isn’t really clean and simple – I got a bit carried away! After closing our craft shop down in Feb this year I have taken a break from craft until yesterday and I really enjoyed making those cards! I woke up this morning with more ideas in my head – it’s been a long time since that has happened.
